Karolina Sikora

Karolina Sikora leads Executive Search mandates for MedTech and Life Sciences companies across Europe from her base in Brussels, with particular depth in Benelux, the German-speaking markets and Central and Eastern Europe.

She has spent seven years in Life Sciences search, as international researcher, consultant and then Client Partner, and knows these markets from the inside.

Trained as a psychologist at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, she brings a structured understanding of behaviour and motivation to every assessment. She works in English, French, Polish and German.
