Kahina Senhadj

Kahina Senhadj steps in when a health company’s growth depends on a single appointment: a leader who can decide under pressure, within regulatory, industrial and financial constraints, and lead highly specialised teams. She works with founders, boards and investors of start-ups and scale-ups, and with established groups.

Before co-founding Hahn Zekker, she spent almost fifteen years with a leading European Life Sciences search firm: consultant in Paris and Brussels, Head of Research for Top Management, Managing Director for Benelux, then for France, the United Kingdom, Italy and the Nordics, and finally Managing Partner.

She leads the firm’s start-up and scale-up practice and speaks regularly in the business press on leadership in the health industry.
