Alex Duchemin

Alex Duchemin leads Executive Search and Leadership Advisory mandates for MedTech, Pharma and Biotech companies across Europe. He works with CEOs, boards and investors on the appointments that shape a company’s next stage: general managers, vice presidents, C‑level executives and the experts they rely on.

Over more than a decade in Life Sciences search, he built a practice in Spain and Portugal from the ground up, then led the Benelux business before taking charge of a cluster spanning France, Benelux, the German-speaking markets, the Nordics and Central and Eastern Europe, with more than fifteen consultants in seven countries.

Born and raised in Barcelona, he has lived in six countries and works in English, French, Spanish and Catalan. He also advises a health technology start-up and sits on the board of a media platform dedicated to healthcare leaders.
